Stabilise Your Curtain

The RolaSafe is part of our line-up for curtains suitable for load securing. To improve the stability of the side curtain, it’s been equipped with steel strips. The curtain consists of PVC 900 gr/m2 with steel strips which directly connects the buckle with the runner for optimal stability. These steel strip reinforcements make it a lightweight but solid solution (significantly lighter than a RolaPlank) with unique benefits. And, the full width of the loading area can be used.

RolaSafe satisfies the prescribed standards concerning load safety. In combination with a special selection of rollers, buckles, hooks and support bands, the most stringent specifications can be met. Thus, also for intermodal transport. This model comes as standard with a network of horizontal welded 1300 daN webbing. The full structure of the RolaSafe is built to protect cargo from bulging. 

Since the entire side curtain is to be very tightly stretched, it is an excellent surface to which advertising can be applied. With InfiniShield we bring together a full range of digital printing technologies on PVC material combined with multiple protective.

Certified upper structure strength according to Code XL EN 12642

To secure the cargo to be transported on the loading floor without additional load securing measures, the upper structure strength must be increased. For trailers with an upper structure according to Code XL EN 12642, the upper structure can be used for load securing applications - only when the vehicle is loaded form-fitted. The upper structure absorbs the dynamic forces occurring during transport. This means: No additional load securing elements are required for form-fitting cargo. 

The RolaSafe side curtain is Code XL EN 12641-2 certified when used in a Code XL trailer and when 24> buckles are fitted. The side curtains are considered as a vital part of the total upper structure.
